Steven J. Kherkher

With nearly 20 of experience practicing law, Steven J. Kherkher co-manages the Contact Lens Solution docket for Williams Kherkher Law Firm. Steve, a partner with Williams Kherkher, previously has helped sign up clients who were injured by Bausch & Lomb's ReNu contact solution. Now he is doing the same for people who used Advanced Medical Optics' Complete MoisturePlus contact solution. Advanced Medical Optics withdrew Complete MoisturePlus from the market on May 25 after the Centers for Disease Control found a link to
keratitis, a serious infection of the cornea.
Steve has undergraduate and masters degrees from the University of Houston, as well as a juris doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law. Since coming to Williams Kherkher in 1989, Steve has successfully managed several of the firm's pharmaceutical dockets, including Fen-phen, Vioxx, Paxil, Quinine and now Contact Lens Solution.
Steve has been licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Pennsylvania, New York and Texas. Additionally, he is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Steve is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association.
John T. Boundas

John T. Boundas is a partner at Williams Kherkher Law Firm, and has been a practicing attorney for over a decade. John received a bachelors degree from the University of Michigan and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, graduating first in his class.
John co-manages the firm's Contact Lens Solution docket. After Bausch & Lomb withdrew its ReNu contact solution in April 2006 because it was linked to
keratitis (a rare corneal infection), John began to sign up clients who suffered serious injuries from the product. He is now working with people who have suffered similar harm due to Complete MoisturePlus solution, which was recalled on May 25 for the same reason.
In addition to working on Contact Lens Solution cases, John co-manages several other pharmaceutical dockets, including Vioxx, Quinine and Paxil. John has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Texas and Illinois. He also is licensed to practice in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
